Two sets of PRISM Controlled Vocabularies are
available. If you are using PRISM 1.0 - 1.3 you
should use the PRISM 1.0 Vocabularies. If you are
using PRISM 2.0 then you must use the PRISM 2.0
Vocabularies. PRISM 2.0 is a major revision of the
PRISM specification and is not backwardly
compatible with PRISM 1.0.
